December is peak season for company events in Singapore. Friday and Saturday nights at the good ballrooms are booked first, so if you are planning a company year end party or a corporate Christmas party, lock your date now.
We plan the whole night for you: venue, food, stage and sound, emcee and entertainment, awards and the lucky draw. Your team just shows up.
Holding your annual dinner in January, or in the weeks before Chinese New Year? Book that date now as well. In 2027 the holiday falls on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 February, with Monday 8 February off in lieu. In the weeks before it, ballrooms take company lunches as well as dinners, and crew is thin across the holiday itself.

How far ahead should we book a company dinner and dance?
Months ahead, not weeks. The venue goes first, especially Friday and Saturday nights in December. Fix your date early and we lock the ballroom first.
How much does a company dinner and dance cost?
It depends on your headcount, venue, menu and how much happens on stage, so we do not publish a price list. Send us your headcount and date and we will send an itemised quote, with every cost on its own line.
What size of company dinner and dance do you run?
Anything from 50 guests to several thousand. Send us your headcount, even a rough one, and we will tell you which venues can take it and which dates are still open.
What does a company dinner and dance with RBTHOL include?
Everything for the night: the venue, food and drink, stage, sound and lights, the emcee and entertainment, awards and the lucky draw, decor and theme, photography, and a full run of show. The team that quotes your event runs it on the night.
Can you find and book the venue?
Yes. We find and book the ballroom as part of the quote. For December dates, the venue is the first thing we lock. Our guide lists the questions ballrooms do not volunteer.
Do you provide the emcee and the entertainment?
Yes, both are on the quote as their own lines. We fit games and performances between courses so the kitchen stays on time.
Can you run the awards and the lucky draw?
Yes. Awards first, then the lucky draw. We confirm the winners list and the running order with you before the doors open.
Can you plan the theme?
Yes. Decor and theming are on the quote as their own line. Our guide covers the themes that work for a corporate crowd.
Do you also run year-end parties and corporate Christmas parties?
Yes. They run the same way as a dinner and dance. For a Christmas party we change the decor and the music, and add a gift exchange if you want one.
