What we collect

When you send the contact form or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you give us: your name, company, WhatsApp number, email address if you add one, and your brief. Nothing else is collected about you on this site today. If we later add visitor analytics, this page will say so before it happens.

Where it goes

Form submissions travel through a secure relay operated by Aphyx, the studio that builds and manages this website. The relay stores your enquiry so it cannot be lost, then delivers it by email to the RBTHOL founders. Your details are used to reply to you about your event, and for nothing else. We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside RBTHOL and Aphyx.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we work with you, and so we can pick the conversation back up if you return. If you want your details removed, message us and we will delete them.
