Colleagues building a wooden tower together at a team session

Team building with a real goal.

We agree the outcome with your people lead first. Then we design the day backwards from it, and the activities are picked for the result rather than the novelty.

 What we run

The outcome first, the activity second.

RBTHOL designs team days around what your team actually needs: clearer communication, more trust, new joiners settling in. Not just an afternoon out that everyone forgets by Monday.

  • Offsites & retreats
  • Onboarding cohorts
  • Leadership labs
  • Milestone celebrations
  • Objective-setting with your people lead before we design
  • Facilitation built around a real team outcome
  • Venue sourcing, logistics, and F&B
  • Activities chosen for the result, not the novelty
  • A short read-out of what surfaced on the day

 The session

Built for the outcome.

A conference is a day worth walking. A team session is one room and one purpose, which is why it is designed rather than booked.

 What it costs

You always know exactly what you are paying for.

Every quote is itemised and every line is explained. No lump sums, no day-of surprises, and nothing on the invoice that was not on the quote you approved.

We do not publish a rate card for team building, because a half-day for 40 people and a two-day leadership retreat are not the same event. These are the lines your quote itemises; the figures come from your brief.

Four lines, each explained in plain language before you approve anything. Vendor costs are passed through at cost with our management shown separately.

 Team building questions

Before you brief us.

How do you decide what the day should be?

We set the objective with your people lead before anything is designed. Clearer communication, more trust, new joiners settling in: the outcome comes first, and the activities are picked for that result rather than for novelty.

What does a team building quote itemise?

Programme design and facilitation, activity materials and equipment, venue and catering coordination, and crew on the day. Each is its own line with its own figure and a plain-language note.

Do you find the venue and handle food?

Yes. Venue sourcing, logistics, and F&B sit with the same team that designs and facilitates the day, so there is no handover between the plan and the room.

Do we get anything after the session?

A short read-out of what surfaced on the day, so the session leads somewhere rather than ending at the door.

Is this just an afternoon out?

No. A day with no stated outcome is forgotten by Monday. We agree what has to be true when the room empties out, then design backwards from it.
