A packed dance floor with confetti at a company dinner and dance

03  /  Exhibitions & events · Singapore

Booths, roadshows, galas, and DnD.

We plan the route visitors take and what they remember after. Built so people stop, join in, and leave knowing who you are.

 What we run

Four formats, one team on the floor.

RBTHOL designs and builds exhibition stands, runs roadshows and brand activations, and puts on gala dinners and dinner & dance nights. Design, fabrication, install and teardown sit with the same team, so the stand that was drawn is the stand that goes up.

 The range

Not one day. A range of rooms.

A conference has a schedule. This side of the business has a spread: a show floor on Tuesday, an activation on Thursday, a ballroom on Friday night.

 What it costs

You always know exactly what you are paying for.

Every quote is itemised and every line is explained. No lump sums, no day-of surprises, and nothing on the invoice that was not on the quote you approved.

We do not publish a rate card here, because a 3m shell scheme and a gala for 400 guests are not the same event. These are the lines your quote itemises; the figures come from your brief.

  • Styling & staging Priced from your brief
  • Staffing & lead capture Priced from your brief
  • Entertainment & run-of-show At cost, plus management

Four lines, each explained in plain language before you approve anything. Vendor costs are passed through at cost with our management shown separately.

 Exhibition questions

Before you brief us.

Do you build the stand, or only design it?

Both, plus install and teardown. Design is built around footfall and flow, and the same team that drew it is the team on the show floor putting it up.

What does an exhibition or gala quote itemise?

Stand design and fabrication, styling and staging, staffing and lead capture, and entertainment and run-of-show. Each is its own line with its own figure and a plain-language note.

Do you staff the stand?

Yes. Staffing, briefing, and lead capture are part of the scope, so the people on the stand know the offer and the leads are captured rather than remembered.

Do you run gala dinners and dinner and dance nights too?

Yes. Galas and dinner & dance sit in the same room as exhibitions and activations: styling, staging, entertainment, and a run-of-show, handled by the same team.

What do we get after the show?

A post-event read-out on recall and footfall, plus the close-out on what worked and what to keep for next time.

What should people remember afterwards?
