Conferences that run to the minute.

Leadership summits, product launches, town halls. We build the stage, rehearse the speakers, and run the day minute by minute. Your leaders just walk on.

 What we run

One team owns the whole conference.

RBTHOL plans and runs company conferences: leadership summits, product launches, town halls, and sales kick-offs. Planning, vendors, and the event day sit with the same team, so nothing gets lost between the plan and the room.

 The day

Four moments, and we are in all of them.

A conference is a day worth walking. This is the shape of it, from an empty ballroom to a full one.

 What it costs

You always know exactly what you are paying for.

Most conference quotes are one number and a leap of faith. Ours shows every cost. Every line is priced, every line is explained, and nothing appears on the invoice that was not on the quote you approved.

Here is a one-day summit for 320 delegates, quoted the way we quote. The scope and the figures are illustrative; yours are built from your brief.

 Conference questions

Before you brief us.

What does a conference quote actually list?

Production and show-calling, venue styling and staging, AV and LED and recording, and delegate management, each as its own line with its own figure and a plain-language note on what it covers. Vendor costs are passed through at cost with our management shown separately.

How much does a corporate conference cost in Singapore?

It depends on scale, venue, and production level, so we price against your brief rather than a rate card. As an illustration of the format, the one-day summit above comes to S$42,500 across four itemised lines. Those figures show the shape of a quote, not a quotation.

Do you rehearse the speakers?

Yes. Speaker rehearsals and the run-of-show are part of the day, not an extra. The rehearsal is where show-calling gets locked, which is why the day itself runs to the minute.

Who is on comms during the conference?

A producer is on comms all day, show-calling the schedule from the control desk. We are on site ourselves: the people who quoted your event are the people running it.

What happens if the scope changes after we approve?

Changes are costed the moment they are raised, and they appear as a change you can see. Nothing reaches the invoice that was not on a quote you approved.
