What does an event management company do?
It plans your event and runs it for you: the venue, the vendors, the budget, the programme and the day itself. RBTHOL does this for conferences, team building, exhibitions, media launches, gala dinners and brand activations in Singapore.
How much does it cost to hire an event company?
It depends on the headcount, the venue, the production and the date, so we quote each event rather than publish a price list. Every quote is itemised line by line, so you can see what each part costs and choose what to keep. Our guide explains what an event quote covers.
What is the difference between an event planner and an event organiser?
The two words are often used for the same job. Where they differ, the planner works out what the event needs before the day: the venue, the budget, the vendors and the run of show. The organiser makes it happen on the day. At RBTHOL one team does both.
How far ahead should we book an event?
It depends on the format. An annual dinner wants months, a team building day wants weeks, and an exhibition follows the show organiser's deadlines. Fix the date first. It is the one decision you cannot take back, because every booking is made against it. Our guide covers lead times by format.
Do you design and build the stage, stands and signage?
Yes. Apart from running events, RBTHOL designs and builds the spaces they happen in, from stands to signage.

Yes. RBTHOL Event Solutions is the trading name of RBTHOL PTE. LTD., a private company incorporated in Singapore on 3 August 2026. Our UEN is 202635170K, and you can check it on the ACRA register. Our proposals, contracts and invoices are issued under that UEN. Our company page has the full record.
