Every quote is itemised, line by line, and every line is explained in plain language. Vendor costs are passed through at cost with our management shown separately. Nothing appears on the invoice that was not on the quote you approved. No lump sums, no day-of surprises.

For a briefed event, usually within a few working days. We ask the outcome question first, then price against it, so the number you get is real rather than a placeholder to be revised later.

Both. The same team stays with you from the first brief to the last truck out. On the day we run the schedule and the floor; your team hosts while we handle everything behind it.
